We are confident that we can help your child avoid these pitfalls. Not only can our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program give your child the tools to defend themselves if necessary, we can also help them develop the awareness and confidence they need to avoid these situations in the first place.
We now offer two (2) kids’ programs. Kids are eligible to start at 5 years old. Our first kids’ class is composed of kids 5 to 9 years of age.
Our second kids class is composed of kids ages 10 to 15 years old. Kids 15 & 16-year-olds are eligible to participate in the adult training classes if it suits them better.
